See the topicsBusiness owners in Brazil are overloaded
Running a company in Brazil means selling, paying suppliers, managing people and keeping up with rules that change constantly. On top of that comes the biggest tax change in decades: the consumption-tax reform that replaces PIS, Cofins, IPI, ICMS and ISS with the CBS, the IBS and a Selective Tax, in a transition that began in 2026 and runs until 2033.
The cost of being uninformed
Without clear information, companies decide in the dark: they price with the wrong tax burden, miss deadlines, leave credits on the table, choose the less favourable regime and only notice when cash runs short. Scattered headlines and unsourced opinion rarely help; they often add to the confusion.
